Summary: Photographs of the mountain ranges surrounding the Tucson area, the mines and desert landscape in the San Pedro Valley, views of Tucson taken from the Steward Observatory on the University of Arizona campus, and the Roosevelt Dam area. Highlights are views of the Catalina foothills area, and Tucson looking east to the Rincon Mountains, north and northeast to the Santa Catalina Mountains, and south to the Santa Rita Mountains from the top of the Steward Observatory. There are also views of Mammoth Mine and Mohawk Mine, the Salt River and Roosevelt Dam, and distant views of Table Mountain, the Huachuca Mountains, and Baboquivari Peak.
